Let’s talk! I don’t post menus, because of the increasing trend in dietary restrictions, plus, I like to organically come up with a custom menu that suits your likes, dislikes and dietary restrictions. Feel free to give me your ideas and thoughts! I can make almost anything gluten free, dairy free, and have years of experience with vegan, vegetarian and ethnic cuisine.

Set a date, and send a deposit. The deposit is half the price of the meal, it will hold your date for you and it’s a promise that we will be at the same place at the same time! The balance, plus any gratuity of your choosing is due after the event. Payment methods can be discussed to meet your needs.

I usually arrive an hour ahead of time, with as much prep as I can do prior to the event in tow. I probably only have to use a few pots and pans, oven, stove, etc.
Check to see if you have enough plating! I have a set of 24, if needed. If we have more than 24 guests, I can refer you to a rental company that can help. I also have my own chafers, platters and serving utensils, as needed.

I’ll bring the food, and the service, as needed for a great party! If you opt for a drop off, I will bring the food in disposable (recyclable, reusable or compostable) containers with directions on how to heat and serve.

I have been in the culinary world all my life. I started as a hostess at 14 years old, and have worked every position in restaurants there is. I have even owned my own restaurant. I graduated from the

California Culinary Academy

in San Francisco in 1994. Since then, I have been cooking and honing my skills and knowledge in many different cuisines. I have worked in fine dining establishments, Thai, sushi, bakeries, delis, coffee houses, and have been cooking for corporate accounts like

Cisco Systems, VMware, and Intel

 for 8 years. I most recently returned to fine dining and moved to  


I LOVE to teach people and my employees different techniques, flavors and recipes. I have had great success with seeing my many sous chefs become chefs in their own right, and have been responsible for large accounts, catering and successful restaurants.
