I have been in the culinary world all my life. I started as a hostess at 14 years old, and have worked every position in restaurants there is. I have even owned my own restaurant. I graduated from the
in San Francisco in 1994. Since then, I have been cooking and honing my skills and knowledge in many different cuisines. I have worked in fine dining establishments, Thai, sushi, bakeries, delis, coffee houses, and have been cooking for corporate accounts like
Cisco Systems, VMware, and Intel
for 8 years. I most recently returned to fine dining and moved toBend, Oregon.
I LOVE to teach people and my employees different techniques, flavors and recipes. I have had great success with seeing my many sous chefs become chefs in their own right, and have been responsible for large accounts, catering and successful restaurants.
